PRE-ORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Some items on reeldealjuice.com are made-to-order pre-orders, clearly marked as PRE-ORDER with an estimated ship date on the product page.

Orders placed during a pre-order window are produced after the window closes. By purchasing, you agree to the timeline shown on the product page.

We collect full payment at checkout to order your specific size/color. No cancellations after 24 hours. No returns or exchanges on pre-order / made-to-order / custom items unless defective or wrong item sent. If defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

IN-STOCK ITEMS - 30-Day Return Policy

For non-pre-order, in-stock items, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email james.marshall15bess@outlook.com. You will need to request a return first — items sent without approval will not be accepted. If approved, we will send a return label and instructions.

Damages / Wrong Item

Inspect upon delivery and contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or wrong item.

Non-returnable: Perishable goods, gift cards, sale items, and made-to-order / pre-order / custom / personalized items (unless defective).

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds: Once inspected, approved refunds go to original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off: If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel/return in-stock items. This does not apply to made-to-order / custom pre-order items.
